Martin Luther: Critique, Apologetics, and Historical Fruits

An examination of three areas of Luther's thought: Vows, Origins of Christianity, Anti-Semitism. These first two views are examined and critiqued and amplified according to modern theology. The third looks at the role of Luther's theology and the Lutheran Church in the Holocaust and the subsequent whitewashing; and how this bears upon persecution of minority faiths in Germany today.
