Kria

Kria, a fugitive from an oppressive Sisterhood, works for Boss Brigand, a space buccaneer who sells military tattoos to collectors. She flays tattoos from the bodies of intergalactic warriors. Four tattoos contain sections of the chart of the legendary expedition to steal the seven cosmic seals. It never returned. The seals make their owner the most powerful being in the cosmos. Boss knows the missing section of the chart is in the tattoo on the back of a warrior called Madron the Marauder and Kria gets it in return for Boss buying out her sister and niece from the Sisterhood. Boss puts together a salvage expedition to recover the seven seals. He sends Kria with it to look after his interests and she takes her sister and niece with her. Interplanetary war games, a crew of rogues, corrupt governments, falling in love. illegal mining, space mercenaries, slave labour, undersea cities and being analytically dematerialised are just a few of the things Kria has to cope with in her quest for the seven seals.
