This journal was created after an period of time marked with an elevated amount of loss. COVID 19 took someone from everyone in some way; physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. The unfortunate truth is that isolation, for some, resulted in friends and family learning of a loss after the ceremonies that honored their loved one had been held. Some were not able to attend services due to health risk, cost, and other barriers. These ceremonies, for many, help friends or family mourn and find closure. Give yourself grace as you take the journey through these phases and deal with life and reality.
