Maribeth Rael is an Emergency Room Nurse and was stricken ill with COVID -19 while on the job in March of 2020. Although she works on the front lines, she is always readily available to teach her family, friends, and patients how to take care of themselves when ill or injured. She saw a need for a book of the homeopathic remedies, herbs, and other alternative treatments - even foods which worked amazingly well at getting her back to full health. She addresses necessary medical and conservative nursing treatments. Additionally, Maribeth researched and considered pharmaceutical medicines being used as she became more seriously ill herself. She discovered that alternative medicines were highly effective and put together a combination of remedies, which she took daily when ill. It came as no surprise to her to discover that they helped her symptoms immensely. She wrote about her experience in this guidebook of the alternative remedies she used and therapies she practiced that helped her recover.
