These poems arose out of a process of studying and meditation on the principles of Buddhist intemperance and the inclusive religious understanding of Ghandi and Tibetan Buddhism. They reflect the author’s spiritual experience and his longing for an all-embracing common humanity and a religious experience of emptiness, love and solidarity with all.
