We are on a new discovery journey - and that’s exciting! My hope is that word of the measurable results will spread. My books are short for a good reason - they are focused and produce results that are measurable. I became convinced that the small books have a lot of power. Power is in the returns on your practice. The returns on these breathing techniques have been nothing short of spectacular. The advantage is that Brain Breathing combines well in my workouts. Combining two options of Muscle Breathing works well for me - Brain Breathing and 3 exhalations in Lung Breathing. Are faster results better than slower? We believe that faster is better in terms of measurable results in Brain Breathing because of its benefits in the medium-term. What ordinary person has the time to dedicate to observing the breath as their sole object of focus and wait decades for any results? The commitment to practising Brain Breathing daily is so short.
