ICC Prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan KC said he applied for arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant for crimes including wilful killing, extermination and/or murder, and starvation during the war in Gaza.
Khan said Netanyahu had committed crimes against Humanity.
He also said the leaders of the militant group Hamas bear criminal responsibility for actions committed during the October 7 attack.
These included taking hostages, rape and other acts of sexual violence, and torture.
"International law and the laws of armed conflict apply to all. No foot soldier, no commander, no civilian leader – no one – can act with impunity."
The problem is that both sides are currently led by violent extremists and war criminals; who propagate hatred, apartheid and a never-ending war.
Leaders from both sides are responsible for war crimes and crimes against Humanity.
This includes hostage-taking, murder, sexual violence, starvation as a method of warfare, persecution, extermination and killings of Children.
This is unacceptable.
All of those individuals must be brought to Justice.
It is imperative that International Law, the UDHR and UNCRC are manifested in Israel/Palestine.
This includes Universal Suffrage, Legal Equality, Security and Freedom of Religion/Movement for all People.
NB: Due to apartheid perpetrated by Netanyahu in Israel-Palestine we recall the Austrian Ambassador to Israel - namely our dear friend Nikolaus - back to Austria, until Legal Equality and Universal Suffrage has been manifested in the land.
The solution is conceptually quite simple: create a true democracy in Israel-Palestine. i.e. one person one vote.
