The Putin regime is responsible for war crimes in the form of deliberate attacks against civilian targets, massacres of civilians and torture and rape of women and children in Ukraine. Hence we urge the People of Russia to implement a governmental change and bring Putin to Justice as ordered by the International Criminal Court. The IPA backs Ukraine to restore the UN Charter and Peace in Ukraine. The IPA, which includes NATO, has temporarily taken power in the Global Community until Peace and International Human Rights Law have been restored. NB: The People of Israel and Palestine are entitled to Human Rights, Equality, Security and Justice in Equal Measure. It is imperative to restore Peace, the Rule of Law, Universal Suffrage and the UN Charter in the land. But first Ukraine should be included in the EU and NATO - as a reprimand to the Putin regime for spitting on poor Merkel's Peace Policy :)PS: If the Putin regime would not have spitted on poor Merkel's Peace Policy - and would not have abused the good will of the International Community - I would still be doing normal NGO stuff; which I actually would have preferred :)Basically I'm a safety net to prevent World War 3 in the International Community - a combination between a General and a Peacemaker - working with the timeless code of Ethics: The Law of Harmony Justice, Forgiveness, Truth and Humanity.HEALING THE UNITED NATIONS - MANIFESTING PEACE PROSPERITY AND INTERNATIONAL LAW IN THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY.Already in March 2022 the UN General Assembly adopted — by an overwhelming majority of 141 against 5 — a resolution rejecting the Putin regime's illegal invasion of Ukraine and demanding that Russia withdraw its forces from Ukraine.The UN Security Council (UNSC) is unable to keep the Peace in the Global Community; since it's controlled by the five permanent members of the UNSC – namely Russia China, France, the UK and the US.Each nation in the UN Security Council has its own political agenda - putting political issues before humanitarian issues - with the result that the UN Security Council is failing badly to uphold the UDHR and UNCRC in the Global Community.In other words the UN Security Council (UNSC) is a lame duck. This must change. Officials in charge of the UNSC must be non-governmental officials, selected by an independent international body.Military dictatorships – such as the Putin regime – should not be permitted to hold sway over the UNSC; so that International Law can be upheld and illegal wars can be prevented in the Global Community - such as Vladimir Putin's illegal war on Ukraine.Russia as a permanent member of the Security Council - currently under the military dictatorship of the Putin regime - can effectively veto investigations into Putin's war crimes; which is a systemic failure in the UN.This must change; so that the UN can be effective again. Mark ODoherty was born 1976 in Vienna, Austria and grew up in South Africa where he lives. He is the author of several books in the fields of peacebuilding, social science, law, ethics, philosophy and humor.
