The book also highlights abuse of power in Washington DC during the 1990's - by figures such as Kenneth Starr - who imprisoned people in America just because he had the power to do so, making people suffer who stood up to him. Giving billions of dollars of economic aid to Russia in the 1990's when Russia desperately needed it, Bill Clinton had a great relationship with Boris Yeltsin, the two trusting each other and working well together to restore Peace and Prosperity in the Global Community. Bill Clinton's only flaw was that he thought Vladimir Putin was a good guy, who would "protect Yeltsin's legacy." Succeeding his friend and mentor Boris Yeltsin as President of Russia, Putin felt deeply ashamed that Russia was helped out by America's generosity and capital, without which Russia's Children would have starved to death. Hence little Putin swore eternal vengeance against America and the rest of the world. Regrettably Putin has become mentally ill like Stalin and cannot be trusted anymore. Hence Putin must go. But no worries, we 'll fix it. If the illegitimate Putin regime refuses to make Peace with Ukraine the US Armed Forces - under the command of the IPA - will launch a B-2 Spirit stealth bomber campaign, to bring the war criminal Vladimir Putin to Justice; just like President Clinton did during the Kosovo air campaign against Slobodan Milošević. We order stealth fighter planes into Moscow, to eliminate all military targets of the illegitimate Putin regime.
