Dear All,
As Leader of the Global Community we will restore Peace and Human Rights (UDHR) in the Global Community.
This includes the withdrawal of all Russian troops from Ukraine and restoring Civil Rights in Russia; in particular Freedom of Speech, Press, Association and Assembly.
The International Peacebuilding Alliance (IPA) will govern Russia until International Law and Human Rights have been restored, as stipulated by the UN Charter.
NB: First and foremost we are Global Citizens and should coexist in Peace.
We expect full cooperation from the GRU, FSB and Presidential Security Service/ФСО.
The Putin regime must end, to restore International Law and Freedom of Speech in Russia.
We respectfully request Putin to resign.
Otherwise Putin must be arrested by the Presidential Security Service and brought to Justice, as stipulated by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
On that note we invite all Global Citizens to join us, to manifest World Peace and a nuclear free world.
PS: We will also inspect nuclear submarines - in particular from the UK, France, India, China, Israel, Russian Federation and United States - to ensure that Gender Equality and gentlemanly conduct is upheld on all hunter-killer submarines, that sail across the Seven Seas :)
