The International Peacebuilding Alliance will govern Russia until International Law and Human Rights (UDHR) have been restored, as stipulated by the UN Charter. The People of Russia have been referred to as the worlds most brutalized People - being like lambs led to the slaughter - because of the severe restrictions placed on their political and civil freedoms by the corrupt Putin regime.
