The Park

In their second collaboration, Niels Kjær and Mark Schorr explore how living in or around the park defines their lives and those of many urban dwellers. Both poets had used the park as a sounding board for important themes before Kjær proposed this project. Some of these poems are now published in Danish on the Scandanavian site, digtenu.dk , and here brought together in English. This collection includes digital woodcuts of two city parks in Aarhus, Denmark, where this book was envisioned.
