Sustainable Business Simulation

This packet provides you all the materials needed to conduct a business simulation. It teaches people how to apply sustainable business practices to several different businesses (high-tech, health care, food processing, small manufacturing). There is a strong industrial ecology component. The simulation shows participants how to apply sustainability to a business process, how to choose sustainability indicators and design a sustainability report, and conduct a greenhouse gas inventory. You can do one or all of these components. One variation focuses on organizational change concepts.
