Marty A. Robins, RN-BSN, received her degree in nursing from Skidmore College in New York. She has been a registered nurse for over forty-two years. Although her work has predominantly been in Emergency Room care and trauma, she has also been involved in most every subspecialty of this profession. She has worked both on the clinical and management levels in nursing with over five years in the home healthcare industry. While her work has taken her into the federal, state, community, and private sector hospitals in the states of New York, New Jersey, Maine and California, Ms. Robins has never forgotten her reasons for entering this profession.
