Part of me wishes I could just write something here like, "Author lives alone (somewhere idyllic, preferably) with her cat"...but alas; I live alone with the Entire Universe, and it gets kind of Interesting around here.
At nearly 50 years of age, I am just now discovering that any life-purpose I once worried about, is kind of...irrelevant. As is my marital status, location, financial stability or any material success in life. However, so is anything else "I" might accomplish in this ongoing process, because there is no "I" in WE.
There is a paradox within our nature that we gain control of ourselves by the Release of our own control, yet it is the Release of this control which Gives us control.
...So as everything becomes relative, lots of Other things are becoming just that....irrelevant.

Mary Anne
