A Caregivers for Compromise publication urging the Legislature of the State of Florida to take up long-term care visitation and reform, restore resident rights, prohibit the pause or waiver of rights of residents in long-term care facilities, and adopt essential caregiver legislation that balances infection control, infection mitigation, and safety with a resident's right to the physical and emotional support and protection from abuse and neglect that comes from access to outside visitors.
