This eight day exercise is presented to allow more energy and well being to flow into your life. Each of the eight days of the Activating the Flow exercise contains one movement of Qi Gong, a self-healing moving meditation practice that increases the flow of energy in the body. On each day you are also presented with a Guided Focused Relaxation session, a daily affirmation and simple recommendations to help balance the energies within your environment. You are encouraged to journalize your experiences during meditation. These powerful meditative exercises are intended to help you focus and reach a heightened state of consciousness.
