This play was collaboratively written by a dedicated group of students and their mentor over a four month period. The group then continued to perform the play at the North Shore High School Drama Festival on January 25th, 2011, at West Vancouver Secondary School for three performances on February 8th, 2011, and at the SEARS BC High School Drama Festival on May 5th, 2011. The play was well received and won five awards, including winning Outstanding Production at the regional level and Best Ensemble at the provincial level.
This was taken from a script that was grammatically incorrect, often unformatted, sometimes truly wrong, as well as painfully punctuated. Jessica Tam and Eva Jordison skillfully incorporated scribbled corrections and glued in text - taking a well-loved, well-worn pile of stapled papers, and present this book to you, dear person.
