Equality Through eWork

A research project “to reveal the level of comfort required from employers to contract out less usual work (i.e. typing, data inputting and other lower level tasks) to eWorkers/or to consider recruiting employees directly into eWork positions. The information provided should form evidence to help South Side Partnership come up with a way/means of approaching employers that would be more productive than previous attempts. The information will also form an important part of the evidence base from which a mainstream strategy will be developed.”
