Prospect of Outsourcing

The European Union (EU) officially announced that Bangladesh is one of the best 20 outsourcing target countries. Further, Goldman Sachs & Co. positioned Bangladesh at one of “Next Eleven,” which are potentially growing countries following Brazil, Russia, India, and China (BRICs). The fiber optics connectivity, recent telecom boom, national policies, government support, supportive organizations and the trend in global shift of consummate ITO locations have prepared enough the necessary environment for Bangladesh not only to roar in the ITO industry, but also to grow & gain. IT Outsourcing is very much advantageous as a small business than many other businesses. It’s easy to finance. It has advantage on tariff, transportation, infrastructure & location, availability of workforce, HR hiring & training cost. Besides, it gets tax exemption, govt. incentives & stable government support. Moreover, it can use the women workforce rapidly & has a high success rate.
