Megan was born in South Africa, where she trained as an Occupational Therapist. She specialized in Neuro Rehabilitation and worked in the UK for over 10 years. She completed diplomas in both Life-and Business Coaching and now combines her passion for health and business through her Coaching services. Megan has an authentic way of sharing her trials and triumphs to inspire others towards healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives. Megan has three children and has been happily married to James for 16 years. Megan enjoys an active lifestyle, deep conversations and going on adventures.
