Workers’ Compensation is a century-old body of law providing benefits to workers injured in the workplace. Each state has its own workers’ compensation law. As the title of the work reveals, this treatise is focused on Wyoming workers’ compensation law, a unique workers’ compensation statute originally enacted in 1914.
