Like the Marram Grass

A first-person novel, with the narrator looking back on his childhood and coming to grips with what happened then and later on. In particular, he remembers learning about reclusive Mr. Crossfield, an old man everyone in town hated. The lessons he learned as a boy stay with him all his life.
