This illustrated textbook was originally developed for use in the Evidence 4 Faith Marine Biology program, a hands-on introduction to the field of Marine Biology. The book covers foundational concepts such as marine ecology, marine biochemistry, and marine zoology. The book also includes chapters on animals and plants typically found in the regions of the Florida Keys and the Bahamas (pictures included). The book is written for ages 14 and up. Personal stories from the author can be found between learning sections to help students remember concepts and give concrete applications of what to do (and sometimes what not to do!).
