The Brown Policy Review is the first journal at Brown University dedicated to academic work relating to public policy and its multidisciplinary overlaps. BPR uses a rigorous selection process, involving peer and faculty assessment of student compositions. There are sections featuring academic work in the following policy overlaps: economic, education, environmental, foreign, health, and legal.
The Brown Policy Review also serves as the publication of the Roosevelt Institution at Brown, the nation’s first student think tank. Brown was the first chapter to release its own campus publication. The best works from BPR are submitted to the Roosevelt Review, a national collection of academic student policy work.
