Team Members Evaluation for Project Managers

This booklet has been written focusing on two aspects in particular: 1) Telling things unlikely heard in mainstream courses on the subject of team management, most of which are held by people who never really dealt with the reality of complex projects and the clash of personalities which are a natural part of every complex job. 2) Condensate as much practical information as possible in the shortest possible way. The booklet describes a model to obtain an objective evaluation of project team members and how this model can be used to get indications about the likely outcome of the project and the most appropriate project organizational structure. This last aspect is also of particular interest as it is not usually addressed by project management literature. The model has been used by the Authors for many years and on several projects, providing critical information for the proper management of project teams, and for incisive decision making.
