Completely Eh!
Midcentury Comics #578: Don't Get "Mad", Get Derivative! It's funny, in a sad, funny sort of way!
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
The parody comic became massively popular in the 1950s and that popularity has never completely gone away – we love to poke fun at our entertainment, our politicians, our society and ourselves. The more outrageous, the better! EH! (aka DIG THIS CRAZY COMIC) was not the first such magazine --- I think that someone would get MAD if we were to suggest such a thing --- but it absolutely was right there with quality and ridiculousity! It ran for 7 silly issues (1953-1954) before being rebranded as FROM HERE TO INSANITY and from there to a B&W magazine as CRAZY MAN, CRAZY. The bulk of the attributed work came from Dick Ayers and Fred Ottenheimer. This is a book you will not want to miss – and if you're holding it your hand as you read this – congratulations, you haven't! (If you are reading this online, there's still time!)
