Let's be clear, though – most of the time these soldier are fighting each other for the heart (or the attentions) of a woman. They have a few battles to fight on the field, but this is a more light-hearted comics, and there are more battles of the sexes than battles of the bullets. Every issue of this short-lived series (1952) contained a series of favorite “gals” presented by one of the marines – 25 amazing beauties in all. We couldn't resist giving them their own book!
