The Western Antics Of Quick Draw And Friends: Volume 2
Midcentury Comics #755 - It's 5.3 Laughs Per Page With the Wild West Horse-Sheriff and His Trusted Diminutive Deputy!
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
It's hard to believe that over 60 years have passed since we first turned on our televisions to see these hilarious and outrageously-creative cartoon characters. The star was that equine sheriff of the west, Quick-Draw McGraw and his sidekick, the somewhat stereotyped burro Baba-Looey, but he was always joined each episode by two other great features: Augie Doggie and Doggie Daddy, the father-son canine comedy duo; and Snooper and Blabber, cat and mouse detectives. Over three years and 45 episodes in their first run, the Hanna-Barbera productions have remained popular and appeared from time to time to new generations. The Dell comic series ran 1960-1962, about the same time as a the cartoons; the first thirteen issues are now in the public domain, and are being collected for the first time in print!
