Mr Bingley Buys a Badger

Continuing Mike Ball's unique series of observations of events in the "absurd dimension". Mr Bingley is very excited today as he is going to buy a badger. He buys himself a can of Pepsi to calm his nerves. Does he go through with the purchase and do the officers at the local police station react appropriately when informed of the acquisition? I have my doubts.....
