OK, so most of the Citizenship books are from the Liberal Metropolitans aren't they. Well this one isn't. It tries - probably fatally - to be fair, objective and open to the other person's point of view. That is why is could become a best seller even though it will almost certainly be banned by the TES. Maybe England has changed since we saw the result of twenty years of Liberal ideas in Tottenham. Maybe not.
