The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is specialized in behavior analysis. Those certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services. To earn the title one must pass the BCBA exam amidst other requirements. A behavior analyst is a professional who specializes in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is trained to study, analyze, and modify behavior. Behavior analysts primarily work with individuals who may have developmental disorders, behavioral challenges, or other issues that require behavior intervention and support.
