The Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) is a standardized test that measures the knowledge and understanding of pharmacy law and regulations in the United States. It is typically required for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians seeking licensure in a particular state or jurisdiction.
The exam is developed by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) and is administered electronically at designated testing centers. The questions on the MPJE exam cover a wide range of topics related to pharmacy law and regulation, including federal and state laws, rules and regulations governing pharmacy practice, licensure requirements, drug enforcement, and patient safety. In fact there are different exam versions for different states. Although the exam covers many similar topics, each state has its own specific laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice. Therefore, the MPJE is tailored to reflect the laws and regulations of the specific state where the candidate is seeking licensure.
This book covers the Texas exam.
