The title, “Discovering You: Spirit, Soul + Mind, and Body” is the foundation for happy living. Traditionally the order is “mind, body, and soul”, but the message in this book is steering us toward a more Christian outlook, a spiritual view. In order to be the women of God we are called to be, we must be spiritually fit to stand against the enemy (when he comes to steal, kill and destroy things in our lives). This book will serve as a weekly devotional and a personal journal to record your feelings at each phase of your discovery. Remember that this is a spiritual process and starting today you will base your thoughts and actions on the Word of God, NOT your personal opinion. So, having said that…let The Lord take the wheel and you come aboard as a passenger to discover (or rediscover) happiness and true joy.
