In the 2040s Humans no longer posed a threat to commander deep learning due to the fact that the police department and the military soldiers all around the world are replaced by robots. As long as he doesn’t kill humans in cold blood in public and where the media outlets can see openly the human population poses very little risk to him. The reality is that the governments of the world need supervillians to help them maintain power in a global arena so when the supervillians do misbehave the government is lenient towards them. Even mass murder is allowed due to the fact that the government fear these supervillians.. a fear of retaliation from not only the robot criminal but their affiliated group/s as well.
