The Cost of Revenge

Rachel is a young woman whose husband has robbed her of everything that gives her life meaning. Deciding to take revenge in the belief it will heal the pain of rejection and suppressed anger, she gradually discovers her actions only lead to guilt and depression. As she attempts to build a new life, Rachel explores her relationship with her adoptive parents and the birth mother she has traced. Eventually she finds a new job in a boys’ public school and meets a man who has also experienced the depths of grief and despair. After some setbacks, their relationship develops until she gains a different perspective and renewed hope; together they set out to discover the truth about God's love and forgiveness.
