The 2024 theme, Regeneration, invites contributors to explore the profound act of renewal and rebirth in all its dimensions. The term, steeped in theological, biological, and ecological significance, traces its origins to the Latin regenerare—to “bring forth again,” to “be born again.” Whether in the spiritual, physical, or societal sense, regeneration speaks to the capacity to transform, to heal, and to reimagine what is possible. It is a reminder that from the ruins of the old, something new can always emerge.
Regeneration is a radical new approach to all crisis, from climate to justice, diversity and dignity diving into action, policy, and transformation. Somehow, regeneration became more than just a word and makes itself present throughout everyone’s life.
This anthology remains steadfast in its mission: it is a not-for-profit project, created to be an open and welcoming space for writers and thinkers to come together. It is a platform for sharing stories, essays, and ideas that challenge, inspire, and expand our understanding of the world. It does not aim for commercial success but for the intangible richness of dialogue and discovery.
