It is an illusion to believe that people who speak English or dress in European styles are more intelligent, intellectual, smart, and knowledgeable than people who dress or communicate in their various native languages, whereas in the actual sense the reverse is the case. It is more fiction than reality. Being intelligent, intellectual, smart, or knowledgeable does not have anything to do with appearances or language but a reality of the stuff an individual possesses. English, French, Arabic, and African languages are all equal and are all means of communication just like any other.
In this book, the author provides readers with his unique perspectives and thoughts on the issues relating to the non-acceptability and disrespect for the African languages and culture by the Africans themselves. African leaders and their menace. Why most African countries are under-develop, pointing out some of the problems Africans are faced with, pictures of African styles, African fashions and styles, unique African dishes and snacks, where to get them, peaceful and interesting places to visit in Africa. Places to get African stuff, African fashion outfits. E.t.c.
The author also proffers solutions to what could be done to revamp the African lost glory and put African in its actual glamorous splendor, which the African continent was known for ad binitio. It is saddened to state that the Africans are now placing themselves into language and culture slavery. If the present generations are not inculcating African values and culture into their children, what will their children teach theirs by the time this generation passes on? The Chinese do not joke with their value and culture; India does not joke with their value and culture; the Pakistanis will never joke with their culture and language, but what is wrong with the Africans? Thank you..
