Hi there… I’m Nandi and I invite you to join me on a fabulous Children’s Vacation in Anguilla. I am fortunate to live in Anguilla year-round and decided to be a “tourist” for a week. Today I will share my island home of Anguilla…. Tranquility Wrapped in Blue! Nandi blended her interests in exploring, culture, writing, drawing, painting and scrap-booking to create a multi-textured, multi-layered masterpiece reflecting her love for her beautiful island through the eyes and hands of a child. Through her works she highlights the themes of: Anguilla’s rich heritage, friendly people, stunning beaches, fabulous cuisine, tranquility and family-friendly fun activities. She incorporates into her artwork local natural materials which form an important part of Anguilla’s history and heritage: cotton, coconut and sand. There are many guides and memento books on Anguilla for adults, but she felt that there was a need to share a child’s perspective on the exciting vacation memories that can be created in Anguilla.
