The Mayhem Mysteries - Chronicle Two: Nonsense in New Orleans

This is the follow-up story to “The Last Ride of the Pony Express” and it is part two of the "Mayhem Mysteries Series". When a man named “The Sarge” visits his Aunt and Uncle in 1862 New Orleans, he inherits a mystery that must be solved quickly or his Uncle’s railroad business will be lost in a foolish wager. As a former Pony Express rider, the Sarge enlists the help of Billy Bob (a Kentucky Hill Billy) to help solve the mystery. Add in a young aspiring songwriter and a railroad accountant, and the mixture produces a zany and crazy situation which has become typical of a “Mayhem Mysteries” story. If you enjoy mysteries without the murder, then this story is for you.
