Now a days bullying become a common nuisance in the schools. Recent research shows that reported cases of bullying are only the tip of the iceberg; the bulk is below the surface and hard to detect. Sometimes the results of bullying are so severe that the bullied person can even commit a suicide or attempt to commit suicide. Even when bullying does not drive victims to the extremes of suicide, victims can experience significant psychological harm which interferes with their social, academic and emotional development. The sooner the bullying is stopped, the better for the long-term outcome for victims. Whether it is name calling, threats, extortion or physical violence, bullying is quickly becoming the leading concern facing school-aged children, teachers, youth and their parents.
