The Parliament Literary Journal is a quarterly literary journal based out of Highland Park, New Jersey featuring contributors from around the world. Our journal seeks to create collections of the best contemporary flash fiction, short stories, poetry, photography, and art representing contributors diverse in their backgrounds and perspectives. Each issue features a theme meant to provoke writers and artists to dig deep into their creative and emotional minds, blending the fields of literature and psychology. Each issue also features an ekphrastic challenge with art provided by a Highland Park-based artist.
