The Parliament Literary Journal is a quarterly publication of literary fiction works including poetry, flash fiction, and short stories, as well as art and photography. Each issue features a specific theme and an ekphrastic contest. This issue is Issue 2 for Winter 2021 with the theme of "Truth Serum" and the contest art provided by Richard Thompson of Highland Park, New Jersey.
