Dr. Barlevy noticed that a lot of her tween and younger teen clients didn't really have any ideas for things to do to entertain themselves other than play video games or go on social media. In an effort to give them some ideas of other options that they probably have (or could easy gain access to) she has compiled a list of over 85 activities that are free or very low cost. These activities include simple snacks, crafting with fabric, yarn, or clay, and activities with paper and pencils.
