It's always hard to accept and undergo changes; likewise altering to a vegetarian diet is not as easy as it may be presumed. It is better to start off slowly and progress gradually to be a total vegetarian. Though it is hard to believe, the entire body system will go through definite changes, since the body will not be getting something which it is very much habitual of.
