The Book of Revelation is often avoided because of its multi-tude of symbols, descriptive phrases and overlapping passages.
But do not despair. This marvellous book can be unders-tood! In fact, it is the only book in the entire Bible that carries a promise of blessing for its readers:
Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is at hand (Revelation 1:3).
It is the book that REVEALS: it is not the book that CON-CEALS! If God promises such a blessing for the reading of the Revelation, is it not reasonable that He has an immensely im-portant message to convey?
