Due to the dismal quality of education in public schools, young adults in many countries had been unable to cultivate a healthy interest in the mathematical sciences. In fact, many indigenous civilizations brought extreme poverty upon themselves by failing to cultivate a scientific temper. The neglect of science education has resulted in serious economic asymmetries within countries and between nations the international arena. Countries that failed to escort forward industrial revolutions 150 years ago due to the neglect of science education have remained as low income nations. Meanwhile, civilizations without a strong scientific culture have been unable to produce sufficient industrial economic output, and compete with member nations of the G7 conclave. Moreover, financially faltering civilizations are also weighing down on the global economy. Meanwhile, the towering presence of a scientifically advanced and prospering G7 conclave has made other civilizations feel defeated, politically humiliated, and economically insecure. This has added to political tensions in the international arena.
