Beyond Recipes and Cookbooks: Appetisers, Soups and Salads

I have a confession to make. I love food. Now that may not seem like such a revelation, but it really is. I love food, love to eat out, love to cook in and I especially love to have guests over. I love to share my food discoveries with other like-minded individuals who would appreciate the flavors, textures and dynamic tastes of my meals as much as I do. This confession, though, may startle some and perplex others.
