Ositadimma Amakeze has read. He is still reading as he strives to attest the difference between certification and qualifications through art. And if people begin to wonder, then I will begin to wander”. He believes ‘we happen’ but there’s an ethics that guides such manifestation. Thus, it is wrong to assume there’s no wrong in doing things wrongly.
