The play is the story of a modern day woman who saw no benefit to getting married too quickly. She enjoyed dating, and tall, handsome, muscular, well-groomed, wealthy, well-mannered men pursuing her. A barbarian breaking down her door was not what she wanted. At stake was her heart, and she guarded it skillfully. Until the day she woke up to find her door broken down by a barbarian who had also stolen her heart.
